How long does installation take?

Installation will take approximately 1- 3 days in most cases.

If you are having stone benchtops, please allow an extra 10 days (after the kitchen has been installed) to allow for the stone mason to pick up the templates and prepare the stone for install.

If you are having a glass splashback, please allow an extra 10 days after the stone has been installed.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

After we provide you with your initial design and quote and you wish to proceed with our services a deposit is due.
We source a deposit so we can proceed with preparing computer-generated drawings and 3D images so you can get a real idea of what your new kitchen will look like.
We also organise a colour selection appointment, a check measure, and contracts.

Is my deposit refundable?

If for some reason you decide not to proceed with your new cabinetry the deposit is not refundable and helps us to recover the costs for our time spent working on your project.

How long does it take for my kitchen to be manufactured?

We manufacture all our kitchens right here in our factory.
Depending on how busy the factory is, the complexity of the job and materials being used the manufacturing process can be anywhere between 4-10* weeks. Be sure to ask your consultant what our current time frame is.
