This dramatic kitchen transformation replaced a tired and outdated space with a design that feels both refined and highly functional. While the client wanted to maintain the darker cabinetry palette they loved, they were also open to introducing a bold pop of colour, achieved through a striking rust feature accent that adds warmth and personality to the space.
Working within the existing footprint, the redesign focused on improving functionality while elevating the overall aesthetic. Additional drawers were incorporated to maximise storage, while a new wall oven tower creates a streamlined and ergonomic cooking zone.
The centrepiece of the kitchen is the feature island, finished with a beautiful stone benchtop and a bold boxed stone end with rear cladding for a refined architectural detail. Concealed behind pocket doors, a hidden pantry reveals a dedicated coffee station—perfect for keeping small appliances tucked away while still easily accessible.
