1. Free In-Home Design Consultation
Let’s bring your vision to life — starting right where it matters most: in your home.
We’ll organise a time that suits you for one of our experienced designers to visit your space. This is a relaxed but thorough consultation where we’ll take accurate measurements, assess the layout, and get a real feel for how you live and use your space.
Over the course of 1 to 2 hours, we’ll talk through your ideas, wishlist, and any practical considerations — like functionality, flow, and storage. Whether you’ve got a clear vision or are just getting started, we’re here to offer expert guidance and creative solutions tailored to your home and lifestyle.
2. Detailed Quotation and Concept Presentation
After the consultation, we prepare a detailed quotation and source external quotes for items such as benchtops, splashbacks, or any special inclusions discussed.
We’ll then invite you to our showroom for a follow-up meeting, where we present your initial design concept, discuss your quote, and walk you through available finishes, products, and materials.
3. Commitment to Proceed Fee
If you choose to move forward with your kitchen project, we ask that you:
- Sign a Request to Proceed form
- Pay a Design Progression Fee
This fee enables us to:
- Detailed revisions to your kitchen design
- 3D visuals and computer-generated drawings
- Updates to the estimated project cost based on design changes or revised specifications
💡 Note: This fee is fully deducted from your total job cost once your kitchen is completed. However, please note that this fee is non-refundable if the project does not proceed to completion.
4. Final Design and Fixed-Price Quotation
Once you’re happy to move forward, we’ll take things to the next stage — turning your concept into a fully detailed plan.
We’ll arrange a final on-site check measure, where one of our experienced team members will carefully re-verify all dimensions and design details to ensure absolute accuracy before production.
From there, we prepare your final working drawings along with a clear, fixed-price quotation, so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises. You'll have the opportunity to review everything, ask questions, and sign off when you're confident and ready.
This step gives you complete clarity and peace of mind before moving into production and installation.
5. Contract & Installation Planning
Once you’ve approved your final design and signed off on the working drawings, we’ll prepare your contract for signing.
We’ll then confirm your installation date and provide a clear payment schedule that outlines when progress payments are due throughout the project.
At this stage, everything is locked in — so you can feel confident knowing your project is moving ahead as planned, with timelines, details, and expectations all clearly set out.
6. Installation
Once your project moves into production at our factory, we allow around 4–8 weeks for completion. During this time, your cabinetry is carefully crafted by our skilled team.
When everything is ready, your new cabinetry is delivered to your home and installed by our highly experienced Kitchen installers—ensuring a smooth, professional finish from start to finish.
